If help is what you do then we have the job for you!  We are looking for a customer focused ICT guru to join our team in our Invercargill office.  The role will resolve ICT related issues and provide support to Council, Elected Members and Contractors.

Our ideal applicant will be passionate about ICT, have a great phone manner, sense of humour and have the ability to translate the technical into a language the user understands.  An IT qualification and previous experience in a help desk would be advantageous.

The role is full time Monday to Friday but as a Service provider there is a need for some on-call work outside normal hours.
